Program description

Stronghold Intel Security Alerts is a notification service operated by Stronghold Intel LLC. It delivers time-sensitive security and threat intelligence notifications by SMS to principals and authorized personnel of client organizations who have enrolled in the Stronghold Intel platform.

Messages may include:

• Notification that a new critical or high-severity exposure has been detected
• Notification that a scheduled intelligence brief or report is available
• Notification of a change in a monitored risk indicator
• Service and account notifications relating to your Stronghold Intel account

Messages are transactional and event-driven. This program does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.

How to enroll

Enrollment is limited to individuals who have been invited to the Stronghold Intel platform by an authorized partner organization (an executive protection firm, family office, or wealth management firm) and who have completed account setup.

During account setup you provide your own mobile number and affirmatively consent to receive SMS alerts at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not bundled with acceptance of any other agreement. You may use the Stronghold Intel platform without enrolling in SMS alerts.

No person other than the holder of a mobile number may enroll that number in this program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only when a qualifying security event is detected or a scheduled deliverable becomes available. In periods of no detected activity you may receive no messages at all. In an active incident you may receive several messages in a short period.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Stronghold Intel does not charge for SMS alerts, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent to or received from this program according to your service plan. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.

STOP — how to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from this program to cancel. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further SMS messages from this program.

You may also opt out at any time from within your Stronghold Intel account settings, or by contacting support at the address above.

Opting out of SMS alerts does not cancel your Stronghold Intel service. You will continue to receive alerts by email and in the platform. If SMS is the delivery channel your organization relies on for time-sensitive notification, discuss the change with your Stronghold Intel contact before opting out.

To resume messages after opting out, reply START, or re-enable SMS alerts in your account settings.

Supported carriers

This program is available on major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your mobile number is collected solely to deliver the notifications described above. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data collected are described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting the nature or frequency of messages will be communicated before they take effect, and continued enrollment after such notice constitutes acceptance.
